Millions of viewers worldwide will be delighted to hear that the African Original Series, Blood & Water, which trended in multiple countries across the globe has been renewed for a second season.
On 15 June, Netflix announced that Blood & Water has been renewed for a second season. The much-loved cast including Khosi Ngema, Ama Qamata, Natasha Thahane, Gail Mabalane, Cindy Mahlangu, Thabang Molaba, Arno Greeff and Dillon Windvogel are all expected to return for season 2.

Blood & Water, set at Parkhurst College – a prestigious inner-city school for Cape Town’s elite scholars and academic overachievers – follows the exploits of the intelligent, proactive and impulsive 16- year-old Puleng Khumalo, who engineered her transfer to the school to investigate the 17-year old cold case of her abducted-at-birth older sister.
