The Ladima Foundation has initiated a network of women-focused festivals and events in order to promote these events on a global scale, as well as to increase the capacity and skills base within the organisations. The Women’s Film Festival Curating and Mentoring Programme is a residency programme that works with the Festival Directors of female run and focused film festivals in order to upskill the teams and support the festivals.
